Lee laid woodchips along part of the trail and classroom area. However, upkeep is the responsibility of the school’s custodians. Lee is hopeful that some of the upcoming Boy Scouts who need to earn their Eagle badge will continue to maintain the classroom and improve the area by possibly building a weather station or labeling plants and trees.
“I did a lot of work on it so I hope people use it,” Lee concluded.
