The Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority is soliciting bids for the provision of emergency maintenance and repair services with respect to the Sperryville Sewer System. Appropriate equipment and a license as a Class B contractor with expertise in the areas of electrical and plumbing maintenance will be required. Bids are being solicited on a per call, hourly and cost-plus basis. Contract period will be from January 31, 1987, through December 31, 1987, with an option to extend annually for a period not to exceed three (3) years. The Authority reserves the right to contract with a primary and secondary contractor to assure back-up maintenance services. Further, the Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Bids will be opened at and will be received until the regular Water and Sewer Authority meeting on January 8, 1987.
