Mrs. Cary Thornhill, Mrs. George Butler and Mrs. Bill Gibbs went to Front Royal last Monday morning where they met Mrs. A. B. Honts and the ladies took a trip to Skyline Drive and had lunch at Big Meadows. Mrs. Honts accompanied the group home and stayed until Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Gibbs. She was joined by her sisters Mrs. Thornhill and Mrs. Butler and they enjoyed a wonderful time together.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Peregory and children Joseph and Jennifer were luncheon guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Peregory in Front Royal.
Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church observed the deacons laying on of hands ceremony Sunday at the church followed by a covered dish luncheon.
