Octoberfest at
Prince Michel
All-day entertainment, Old World charm, classic automobiles, all surrounded by fall foliage at the peak of its vibrant color — all this is featured Saturday, Oct. 17, at Prince Michel’s Oktoberfest celebration.
A single gate admission ($7 adults, $3 ages 7 to 20) lets participants enjoy music, magic, dancing, contests, crafts and classic car competitions - as well as tours of Prince Michel’s winery and tastes of Prince Michel and its “sister” winery, Rapidan River.
All day, children can enter their hand-painted pumpkins (we supply magic markers and the gourds) in a contest, to be judged late in the afternoon.
Also for children are draft horse drawn wagon rides, free with admission.
Adults get souvenir wine glasses with their admission fee, for taking home after tasting a variety of vintages.
