That’s how many children were saved in the last 12 months because of vaccinations and a simple, low-cost method of restoring fluids to children suffering from dehydration - the number one cause of child deaths in the developing world.

UNICEF addresses the silent emergency of deprivation every day, because every day 38,500 children under the age of five die from preventable causes. The means to reduce this number by half are available, accessible and inexpensive, but UNICEF needs your help.
