Harvest dinner at Flint Hill
The Flint Hill Ladies Auxiliary will be serving their harvest din-; ner Saturday, Oct. 17, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the fire hall. SpaceBalls will be playing at the Gay Street Theatre on Saturday, and Sunday, Oct. 17 and 18, at 7:30 each evening. Now on a much', grander scale there is Mel Brooks’ SpaceBalls, an ambitious send-up i of Star Wars and everything it has come to stand for. SpaceBalls has; the making of a hilarious skit and has none of the aggressively unfunny' humor that has marred some of Mel Brooks’ recent efforts, and its! spirits remain consistently high. If it isn’t likely to generate what Mr.; Brooks himself refers to as SpaceBalls II - The Search For More; Money, neither is it anything less than gentle, harmless satire that oc-' casionally has real bite. The movie is rated PG-13. Admission is $3 for' adults and $2 for children.
