Practice a Rappahannock High School's soccer team begins Friday, Aug. 19 at 10 a.m. Coach Richard Dietz said that players should bring their equipment and be ready to play. Lions’ distict leader to visit
Jim McFarland, District Governor of Lions Club District 24-A, will visit the Rappahannock Lions Club next week. He will be the guest of honor at the Lions' regular meeting Wednesday, Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. at the Corner Post Restaurant in Flint Hill. A club spokesman requested that all members plan to attend the meeting and to familiarize themselves with the protocol applicable to the District Governor's visit.
