Bin. T. M. Johnston was a recent dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Meade and family in Charlottesville. Bethany and Broocks returned home with their grandmother for a visit. Also visiting were Mrs. Johnston's grandsons Brad and Morgan Reams of Winchester.
Mr. Frank Coffey, Sonny Anderson and Timmy Woodard went on a fishing trip Saturday night at Lake Anna. Frank caught a catfish which weighed 11-3/4 pounds and was 29 Vi inches long.
Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Wingfield have returned home after eryoying a vacation in the New England States.
Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Bigelow visited Mrs. Catherine Taylor in Harrisonburg on Sunday.
Monday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Dwyer and family were David Jenkins and Alechia Ritter of Carlisle, Pa. The couple had been visiting in the area since Friday.
Mrs. Linda Dwyer hosted a pool party and luncheon on Saturday. A fun time was enjoyed by all.
