Groomsmen were Hudson Yowell of Madison, C. B. Johnson and Greg Wayland of Sperryville. Junior groomsman was Jonathon Heddleston of Sperryville.
Miss Ellen Mustoe was coordinator for the wedding ceremony.
The reception was held at the Sperryville Fire Hall with approximately 150 guests.
The white decorated three tier wedding cake was topped with a lighted bride and groom and was served by Mrs. Mary Clark of Sperryville and Mrs. Ann Brown of Woodville. Miss Lisa Wharton and Miss Sandy Dodson of Sperryville and Miss Lynn Bailey of Washington served the punch.
Attending the guest book and gift table was Mrs. Mae Smoot.
Music was provided by the D. J. Connection of Front Royal.
Other events included a micellaneous shower given by the Washington Baptist Church, a shower from the bride’s co-workers at the Virginia Baptist Home in Culpeper and a bridal shower given by the bride’s aunt, Mrs. Sarah Brown.
The bride entertained her bridesmaids with a luncheon at the School House Restaurant in Flint Hill.
The rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom’s parents at their home in Woodville.
Upon returning from a honeymoon in Harrisonburg, the couple are residing in Woodville.
