Newbill Miller, contract purchaser of the Valley View Subdivision, (Tax Map IB 2, lots 1 through 24), has petitioned the Board ofjSuperyisora to vacate Harrison Rd., located wholly within“saiasubdi vision. Said vacation to be part of a proposed lot mergef and boundary adjustment such that the existing twenty-four lots shall be reduced in number to five.
The Board of Supervisors shall consider a resolution to vacate said road at their regular meeting of Tuesday, September 6,1988, at 2:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
The Planning Commission shall consider the proposal on Wednesday, August 17, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
