Cream Cheese Fruit Snacks 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese Wheat germ (plain or flavored) 2 large apples 2 large pears Cut cream cheese into 8 cubes; cut each cube in half. Roll in wheat germ to coat well. Core and cut apples and pears into slices,. Arrange2 pieces of cream cheese on each of 8 small plates. Divide slices of fruit among the plates. Other fruit combinations may be used in season: whole strawberries, orange sections and banana slices; seedless green grapes or red grapes with apples or pears; or dried apricots or prunes. (Makes 8 servings) Fruit Juice Jello 2 tablespoons (2 packets) unflavored gelatin 1/2 cup cold water 4 cups fruit juice In small saucepan, pour gelatin over water and let stand for about 2 minutes, until soft. Cook over low heat until dissolved. Stir into fruit juice. Pour into individual cups or large serving bowl and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, until firm. (Makes 8 to 12 servings) Mincemeatless Pie
