Under and by virtue of the authority vested in the undersigned Trustee under that certain Deed ot Trust from STUART PROPERTIES, a Virginia Partnership, to James W Fletcher, Trustee, recorded in Deed Book 165, at page 146, among the land records of the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia, default having been made in payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and the Grantors being otherwise in default hereunder, and having been directed by the holder of the note so to do, the undersigned will, on
FRIDAY. SEPTEMBERS, 1988,
at 10:00 A M. (EDT) at the front door of the Courthouse of the County of Rappahannock, in Washington, Virginia, offer for sale at public acution to the highest bidder, the property mentioned in the aforesaid Deed ot Trust situate in the Town of Washington. Rappahannock County, Virginia, more particularly described as follows:
‘All that certain tract or parcel of land with improvements thereon fronting on Route 622 and Main Street, in or near the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 11.2739 acres, as shown on plat of survey of the Lucy M. Stuart Estate by Rappahannock Surveys. Inc., Wayne E. Niskanen, C.L.S.. dated March 4, 1975, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 4, page 29 of the Rappahannock County, Virginia land records.
AND BEING the same property acquired by Stuart Properties by deed from Douglas K. Baumgardner, et als . Special Commissioner, dated April 1,1965, and recorded April 3, 1985, in Deed book 151, page 539 of the land records aforesaid. LESS AND EXCEPT the following: All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 1.5000 acres, more or less, with improvements thereon, situated on State Route 622 in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, Hampton District, and designated as Parcel 2 on plat and survey of VH&D, Inc., dated September 23,1986, which is attached to that certain deed from Stuart Properties to Robert T. Parrish and Susan M. Parrish dated September 26, 1986, recorded in the land records aforesaid.’
