KIM SIGLER
Sperryville. Admission is $3 per person each day, with children under 10 admitted free.
On Saturday, the musical line-up includes the Country Pickers, Spare Tyme and Cool Water Express. On Sunday, Miss Sigler will be joined by Mixed Country, Earl Dodson and Friends, the Blue Ridge Cloggers and Night Fall.
In addition to the music there will be crafters with a variety of handmade wares. Those already planning to attend include a quilter, a leather crafter, a straw hat maker, a wooden toy maker, a jeweler, and “Christmas Around the World.”
Among the food and drink available will be barbequed chicken, grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
For those whose tastes run more to the sporting pursuits, beginning at 2 p.m. each day there will be a horseshoe tournament. And at 6 p.m., there will be prizes given away. For the younger children, there will be entertainment for them as well, including a clown.
“Plan to bring a blanket, some chairs and the entire family,” Mr. Rutherford said. “We invite everyone to come on out and enjoy an afternoon of music and fun in the shadows of the Blue Ridge Mountains.’
