The German script reads: Johannes Copp born January 14, 1798 in Shenandoah County, Virginia Fraktur has no curtains; however it has a border around it with the same small blue flower all around the border. Large, red flower and small red tulips on each side of the round center script; 20'x30" oil seascape by L.
