Some recent magazine articles have promoted microwave cooking methods that are improper and even dangerous.
These techniques include deepfat frying and cooking with unvented plastic WTap. Just because the new microwave cooking methods are promoted. that doesn’t mean they are safe. Before adopting any of these methods, review the mjfrowave owner’s manual for use and care, and always follow’ manufacturer’s recommendations.
