Whereas, Robert W. I den, M.D., has completed hts final term as trustee of The Fauquier Hospital, Inc.; and

Whereas, he has served continuously as a trustee from 1973, when he represented the Medical Staff as their President on the Board of Trustees of the hospital. During this period, he demonstrated his devotion and concern for quality patient care by his participation not only on the Board itself but also on Board and Medical Staff committees. On a broader community level, as a physician maintaining a general practice in Fauquier County, he has fostered and nurtured m his patients confidence that they might always find in both him and the hospital a listening and caring response to their needs and a high quality of care.

Wherefore, the members of the Board of Trustees of the Fauquier Hospital, Inc., in their special meeting in August, 1988, through this resolution recognize and record their deep appreciation for Robert W. Iden’s service to the hospital.
