PUBLICATIONS Notice is given, in compliance with Section 96.14:7 1 of the Code of Virginia. that the following public hearing regarding proposed state agency regulations will be held to afford the public with an opportunity to express views.
The Board of Game and Inland Fisheries has ordered to be published, pursuant to Sections 29.1-501 and 29.1-502 of the Code of Virginia, the following porposed new and amended Board regulations applicable Statewide. A public hearing on the advisability of adopting, or amending and adopting, the proposed regulations, or any part thereof, will be held at the Board s offices, 4010 West Broad Street. Richmond, Virginia, beginning at 9:30 a m. on Friday, October 28, 1988, at which time any interested citizen present shall be heard. If the Board is satisfied that the proposed regulations, or any part thereof, are advisable, in the form in which published or as amended as a result of the public hearing, the Board may adopt such proposals at that time, acting upon the proposals separately or in block.
