NHS inducts

Cadet Jones

Camilla Anne Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald L. Jones of Amissville, was inducted into the National Honor Society at Randolph-Macon Academy on Sept. 25. Randolph-Macon Academy is a college preparatory school located in Front Royal, Virginia.

Members of the National Honor Society are selected from those sophomore, junior and senior cadets who have completed one semester at R-MA. To be eligible for membership, a cadet must first have a 3.5 scholastic average at the academy. In addition, they are evaluated by the faculty and Disciplinary Review Committee on the basis of service, leadership and character.

Cadets chosen for membership were inducted into the Honor Society during a candlelight service. The program involved members of the Honor Society explaining each of the ideals of the Honor Society to an
