RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS PURSUANT to Section 12.1-10 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 1988, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s):

SPECIAL EXCEPTION #88-10-01 The Board of Trustees of the Rappahannock County Public Library, William H. Young, Jr. MD, Chairman, has applied for a Special Exception to the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance for approval to build a new library facility to be located at the junction of U S. Rt.(s) 211 and 522, respectively, former Rt. 211 and 522, East of Washington VA. The building will be one(1) story with basement (to be finished at later date); located in the approximate center of the two (2) acre site; projected square footage to be approximately 5000 square feet. Parking to accomodate .twenty (20) cars and handicap access, with parking at both levels. Use allowed under Section 3.3-3 (F) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance; Tax Map 20, Parcel 20E, zoned "A", Agricultural.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection, Monday through Friday. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 19, 1988, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 15.1-9, if any.
