To be acceptable a bid must state a fixed price, must contain the name, address and telephone number of the bidder, and must be signed by the bidder. The winning bidder will be expected to sign a standard A.I.A. or similar contract with the County of Rappahannock. Applicable provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act will be included in said contract.
Rappahannock County reserves a right to reject any, or all, bids.
