The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony, a vinculo matrimonii, from the Defendant on the ground that the parties have lived separate and apart for a period in excess of one (1) year.
It appearing from an Affidavit that due diligence has been used by Complainant to ascertain in what County or City the Defendant, Jonie L. Mruk, resides, without effect, it is
Ordered that the Defendant appear before this Court before the 14th day of November, 1988, and do what is necessary to protect her interests herein.
