On Saturday, Lou Hatter and Linda Heeks attended an engagement party for his brother Gary and his fiancee Camille Chen. It was given by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Chen, at their home in Chesapeake, Va. They spent the night outside Williamsburg and enjoyed brunch at the Williamsburg Inn with Lou’s mother, Mrs. Louis Hatter.
After a tour of the historic district, the three traveled to Cobb’s Creek, Va., where they were guests at a dinner given in Gary and Camille’s honor by Mrs. Hatter’s sister Gladys and her husband Tom Challoner. They returned to Sperryville Sunday night.
