This weekend, Oct. 15 and 16, artist Deborah Cass Hoffman of Rixeyville will be at the Foster-Harris House bed and breakfast in Washington, with a special showing of her miniature paintings of Rappahannock County vistas and Washington’s homes and historic sites.
