Texas caviar 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped 3 green onions, chopped 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper juice . , 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped blacK olives, drained 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained 11/2 teaspoons vinegar 1 teaspoon garlic salt Salt and pepper to taste Tortilla chips Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well. Stir in salt and pepper to taste; refrigerate 5 hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield; about 3 cups. Hot dips are tasty when served with crackers or chips.
