Hot pecan dip 1 cup chopped pecans 2 teaspoons butter 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened 2 teaspoons milk , 1 3 ounce package or jar dried beef, finely chopped 1/4 cup diced green pepper 1 small onion, grated 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup sour cream Toast pecans in butter in 350 degrees oven till golden. Whip remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup toasted pecans. Stir well. Spoon into an 8-inch or 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on top. Serve hot, or cold if desired. Serve with crackers as a spread or veggies and chips as a dip.
