To the editor: I’d like to take this opportunity to address the residents of Rappahannock County. I write this letter with vej-y mixed feelings. As many of you might know, I have been promoted to manager of Family Guidance Services of Orange and no longer work in Rappahannock. I am excited about the new challenges facing me there, but, at the same time, I feel much sadness about leaving “Little Washington” and all of you who make Rappahannock County such a special place. ^ Please know that I shall remember and appreciate your friendship^, support and many personal kindnesses during my eight years -of working in Rappahannock County.
