For residents who travel into the city, the Prince William County landfill in Manassas has a recycling station. They will pay money for aluminum on Tuesday and Saturday from 1-4:30 p.m. At other times, the aluminum can be dropped off, but there’s no money offered.
Mrs. Stamer also said that Reynolds Aluminum Co. is supposed to open two recycling centers in Culpeper and Manassas in the near future. The sites will be advertised when they open, she said.
