the main roads have been kept generally clear of snow, and are only wet following the latest storm. The secondary roads, particularly back in the hollows where the sun doesn’t shine all day, have been scraped but many are still snow-packed and slick, Mr. Jenkins reported.Those roads will be salted and sanded, then plowed again if conditions warrant, he said.
