Vakos is disturbed by what he sees as a tendency of some GOP legislators to withold criticism from Democratic legislators while “accepting the crumbs” that may fall their way. Since Democrats are in control, the fear of some Republicans is that without Democratic help they can’t get any of their legislation passed or budget funds for folks back home.
