• Robert D. Powers, 23, also of Rhoadesville; charged with four counts of breaking and entering and four counts of grand larceny. Powers is Thomas’ nephew, according to Capt. Streapy.
The three are currently being held at the Piedmont Regional Jail in Farmville. They are scheduled to appear in court in Rappahannock County on Jan. 8.
Capt. Streapy added that the trio face additional related charges in “numerous jurisdictions” in Virginia.
