The following are amendments to the Rappahannock County Subdivision Ordinance: I. Add a new Section, to read: 4.28 Subdivision of land into less than twenty-five (25) acre lots may be allowed (see other applicable provisions of this Ordinance and of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance) only where public road right-of-way(s) fifty (50) feet in width from the property to be divided to a State Primary Highway. II. Amend Appendix by changing “12 -minimum width” to “20' minimum width” for Travel way. III. Amend Appendix by adding new line after “Crown”, to read: Specified Road Material 9” of 21 -A Crusher run The Rappahannock County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider these proposed amendments on Wednesday, December 20,1989, at 7:30 p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
