How much to process
Check the owner’s manual to determine the amount your processor will hold. If it isn’t given, use a liquid measuring cup to determine how much your work bowl will hold without overflowing. Some bowls are marked with a fill line.
The thickness of a mixture affects the amount that can be processed. Thin mixtures such as soups splatter easily and are usually limited to twq cups.
