The ball teams are really organized now and are expecting a great season next year. Their first official meeting will be 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 11, at Rappahannock High School.
Our sincere sympathy is expressed to the families of John Settle, Lloyd Shaw and Marion Rowzie at their recent deaths.
Many have been hospitalized and sick. “Mickie” Stuart had pheumonia last week but is doing better; Gregg Martin has undergone hip surgery; Lisa and Curt Stuart Jr. had the flu (as have many in the community); Evie Carter was recently hospitalized but is doing much better now; our prayers continue for Joe and Arlene Brown. , ,»
