Fisher inducted Tara B. Fisher, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B.R. Fisher of Washington, was one of 40 students at the University of Richmond inducted into the Epsilon of Virginia chapter of Phi Beta Kappa on March 29. Phi Beta Kappa is a national honor society founded in 1776 whose members are chosen, for lifetime membership, from among college uhdergraduates of high academic distinction.
