checkerboard, black and yellow, uh, rosemary sauce. The salmon was so tender that it melted in your mouth, and on the side was this, uh, this bean, some kind of bean salad, uh, for lack of a better world. The bean salad was cold, the salmon was hot. See, it had this great contrast.
