Eleanor Switzer
1 ■ Mrs. Eleanor Virginia Switzer, 74, of Viewtown, wife of the Rev. Milton J. Switzer, died Saturday, Nov. 28 at the Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton.
Mrs. Switzer was a native of Pennsylvania and the daughter of the late William C. and Emma Carey Rainey. ' Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, Robert N. Switzer of Culpeper and Milton John Switzer Jr. of Viewtown; two daughters, Olive Virginia Springfield of Mesa, Ariz. and Ruth Anne Bower of Bloomington, 111.; 19 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Clarence Rainey of Philadelphia, Pa. and two sisters, Marion Everett of Philadelphia and Jean Evans of Johnstown, Pa.
A funeral was held Tuesday, Dec. 1 at Hope Hill Baptist Church in Castleton with the Rev. Roger Freeman officiating. -Interment was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens at Jefferston.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
