Haunted House Planned
The Flint Hill Volunteer Fire Company will be holding its annual haunted house from 6:30 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30 at the fire hall. Admission is free. Paternal discretion is advised.
Dodson Reunion
The reunion of the late Ernest and Neva Nicholson Dodson will be held Oct. 24 at the Rappahannock Park near Washington. All relatives and friends are invited. Everyone is asked to bring a picnic lunch. Lunch will be served at 12 noon.
Services Board To Meet
The Mental Health/Substance Abuse Committee of the Rappahannock-Rapdian Community Serives Board will hold a meeting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 26 in the Lord Culpeper Building.
Halloween Fun Fest
The Rappahannock County Elementary School PTO is sponsoring a Halloween fun ffcst from 7-8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 29 at the elementary school. Games, prizes, refreshments, a haunted house and a raffle will be featured. Parents are ask to accompnay their children.
Advisory Committee To Meet
The Special Education Advisory Committee will meet at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 21 in the Elementary School Library. The meeting is I open to the public. The revised State special education regulations will be reviewed. In addition, planning will begin for the evaluation component to be included in the 1994-95 Annual Special Education Plan.
Haunted Hay Rides
Haunted hay rides and a barn fire will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30 at Mountain Green Farm in Washington. A costume contest will be held at 6:30 p. m.
Advanced tickets will be $5 for adults and $3 for children. At the gate tickets will be $6 for adults and $4 for children. Rain date will be Sunday, Oct. 31. All proceeds benefit the Child Care and Learning Center. For more information call 675-3237 from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Bloodmobile Coming
The Rappahannock Extension Homemakers Clubs are sponsoring a Red Cross Bloodmobile at the Washington fire hall from 3:30-7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 1. For more information call the Extension Office at 675-3619.

Halloween Dance
A Halloween dance will be held from 9 p.m.-l a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the Chester Gap fire hall. Music will be provided by a D.J. Prices are $10 a couple or $7 for singles. Costumes are optional. Boosters Benefit Sale
The Rappahannock Athletic Booster Club will be selling hot dogs, chili, cold drinks, hot coffee and hot chocolate at the homecoming alumni games on Saturday, Oct. 23.
E.H. Achievement Night
Extension Homemakers night will be held at 7 p.m. on Nov. 8 at Trinity Episcopal Church. The program will be presented by 4-H’ers who participated in the 1993 LABO exchange trip to Japan.
