Remove cabinet from west wall comer with north wall and shift ninety degrees to stand against north wall (may require construction of new cabinet);

The work to be performed shall be conducted in a working public office; bidders should be aware that the needs of the public for access to the structure may not be compromised. A bdy work area and daily dean up will be necessary. Bidders shall set forth the bid price, name of the firm any exdusions or substitutions, and must be signed by a principal of the firm in order to be considered.

Bids should be submitted so as to be received at the County Administration Office, Old Extension Office, Gay Street (PO Box 519), Washington, VA 22747, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27, 1993. The Rappahanock County Board of Supervisors is soliciting bids from qualified Offerors to provide all labor and materials necessary to install a new water distribution system to County offfice buildings in the Town of Washington. The work is to include the following: 1.) Provide all necessary trenching/excavation from the water meter at the corner of Ml. Salem Avenue and Porter Street (SE corner of the Rappahannock County Jail) to the Jail, the Clerk's Office, the Courthouse, the Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office, the Treasurer's Office, and the Old Extension Office (County Administration Building). Said trenching/excavation shall include covering, seeding, and mulching the installed water line as called for in 2.),
