Approx. 842 Acres The undersigned Agent for Owner, Sallie Curtis Clement, Devisee under the Will of William Vincent Robinson, Deceased, will offer at public auction the following described tracts or parcels of land, constituting the William Vincent Robinson farm, known as Gooney Manor, situate In South River Magisterial District. Warren County, Virginia, near Browntown. Said tracts or parcels will be offered for sale both as separate tracts and in the aggregate. Said parcels or tracts of land are more particularly described as follows: tract I: All that certain parcel of land, together with all improvements thereon and all rights, rights of way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate on the Southeastern side of Route 631. containing 371.89 acres, more or less (THIS BEING A SALE IN GROSS AND NOT BY THE ACRE). Said parcel also has road frontage on Route 613 and Route 649, and is crossed by Gooney Run and Greasy Run. with wooded and open lands. TRACT II: All that certain parcel of land, together with all Improvements thereon and all rights, rights of way and appurtenances thereunto belonging, Ironting on the Northwestern side of Route 631, containing 471.75 acres, more or less (THIS BEING A SALE IN GROSS AND NOT BY THE ACRE). Said parcel also has road frontage on Route 6?2 and Route 613, with wooded and open lands. The foregoing tracts of land being the same properly known as Gooney Manor, which was devised under me terms of the Last Will and Testament of William Vincent Robinson, Deceased, to Sallie Curtis Clement (being one and the same as Sally Curtis Clement), which Will is of record In the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Warren County, Virginia, in Will Book 29, at Page 756.
