Bidders shall submit a bid sheet which shall include a fixed price tor 1.) and/or 2.) above, shall be signed by the bidder, and shad include the name, address and telephone number ot the bidder. The procedures for Competive Sealed Bidding as set forth in §11-37, et seq., of the Code of Virginia, 1950 (as amended), shall apply. The County reserves the right to reject any, or aD bids.
Bids shall be submitted not later than Monday, November 1, 1993, at 12:00p.m.. to John W. McCarthy, County Administrator, Old Extension Office, Gay Street, Washington, VA (or mailed to John W. McCarthy, PO Box 519, Washington, VA 22747 so as to be received not later that the bid due time). All bids will be opened and publicly read at 12:05 p.m.
