Do you enjoy old photographs of the mountain families who lived in what is now Shenandoah National Park? You are invited to a special Open House!
Historic Photo Day will be held this Saturday, June 10 at the Elkton Town Hall in the Town Council Chambers. _
Anytime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., you can drop by to see copies of many of the old photographs from the Shenandoah National Park’s archival collection. The Park hopes people will come and identify relatives and friends and add to the information currently known about each picture.
Also, you can bring in you own old photographs of family, homes.
