Bryant and Holly Welch had dinner at Chilji’s at Manassas recently.

Linnie Cummings and Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Klise returned to their home on Saturday after spending last week in Portsmouth.

Mary Hickerson spent Thursday to Saturday visiting her granddaughter, Dayna Roy at Alexandria and Lynn and Betty Lillard at Springfield. She was accompanied home on Saturday by Lynn and Dayna.

The Flint Hill United Methodist Church will have worship services at 8;45 a.m. on June 11. The pastor, the Rev. Merlin Shorb invites the public.

The new date for the Flint Hill Firemen’s Carnival are July 26 to 29 with the parade on Friday this year instead of Thursday.
