A very long awards assembly following the athletic banquet came to an end Wednesday evening with Susan Jewell. Jessica Arnold, Jonathan Maeyer and Paul Brown getting the top trophies.
Paul Brown won the Sportsmanship Award. He has played basketball and baseball during his high school career.
Jessica Arnold won the Neil Burke Memorial Award for sustained effort. During her high school career she has played basketball, volleyball and track.
Jonathan Maeyer won the Rappahannock News Athletic Award. He has specialized in soccer, but also played baseball and this year ran cross country.
Susan Jewell won the RCHS Best Athlete Award. She played basketball, volleyball and softball.
