Doubly Hot Cheese Dip 1 cup milk 1 cup (4 ounces) Each: Shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses 1 cup fresh bread crumbs 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 2 tablespoons minced jalapenos (fresh or canned), or to taste 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Ground red pepper (optional) Bring a few inches of water to boil in bottom of double boiler. Combine milk, cheeses and bread crumbs in top half of double boiler. Heat the mixture, stirring often, until cheese melts (do not allow mixture to boil).
