Though it did not come up in court because Mr. Sisk pleaded guilty instead of going through a jury trial, Mr. Luke said that this would have been the first case in Rappahannock County where DNA was a factor. He said that a DNA analysis showed that Mr. Sisk’s blood was on the brass knuckles.
