The perfect Christmas gift is the new cookbook by the Rappahannock Woman’s Club. The book is available from any member or from several local businesses. The cost is $7.50. Local residents can call Barbara C. Wayland at 987-8058 to obtain a copy.
Area residents are invited to attend the annual Christmas open house at Chipmunk Hollow on Friday, November 24 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served and there will be many neat gift items available.
Country Manor Gift Shop located just west of Sperryville will also celebrate the weekend with special Christmas sales.
Many local businesses will be open this weekend with special sales in celebration of the beginning of the holiday season.
