Christmas Creens Available Wholesale Christmas Greens are now available to all Rappahannock residents. The greens sale is sponsored by RAAC and will be available before Colonial Christmas on Dec. 9. Prices are 12 inch wreaths fro $8.25; 15 inch wreaths for $9.75; 18 inch wreaths for $11.50 and 75 lin. feet of pine roping for $18.50. All orders must be placed by November 30. Pick up your order blank at Cabin Fever Books on Gay Street in Washington. The shop is open every day 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. except Tuesdays.
7th Alumni Basketball Tournament Any male who has graduated from Rappahannock County High School and who is interested in participating in the Seventh Annual Alumni Basketball Tournament should contact Kelly Settle or Mike Tupper at Rappahannock County High School between 8 a.m. — 4 p.m. “We will need four coaches and approximately 50 players. There will be a $10 registration fee,” said Mrs. Settle. The tournament will be held at 7 p.m. on Thanksgiving weekend, Nov.24 and 25 at the high school.
