The second way to earn wings is through the Jaycees’ Angel Tree program. This is a joint venture with Partnership for Warrenton in which children’s names are written on an ornament and hung on a tree. Those who wish to may take an ornament, buy that child a present and take it back to the Jaycees for delivery.
This year the Angel Tree is set up at the Fabric Emporium in old town Warrenton. A local 4-H club cut out the angel decorations.
