and one of less. Dr. Krebser is adding land to the parcel containing his house and taking it away from another parcel he wants to sell. He said he wanted to do that because the other parcel contained a knoll and he wanted to make sure the purchaser did not use the knoll as a house site.
Following consideration of applications the planners discussed the forums on the Comprehensive Plan and future actions. They agreed that people who attended the forums seemed to want the county to continue to follow its present course with perhaps even stronger controls on growth. They agreed to bring any recommendations for changes in the goals and objectives section of the plan to the April meeting and to discuss them in May.
The planners agreed that a subcommittee made up of Dr. Krebser, Mr. Junk and Sharon Pierce should make recommendations for zoning amendments to cover conference centers apd resorts. They also agreed to coirfder amendments to the zoning ordinance to better control developments on property already zoned commercial.
