Easter Breakfast, Bunny, Hunt Set An Easter breakfast will be held at the Washington Volunteer Fife Department from 7 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 6. ' The menu will consist of pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, sausage gravy, fried or baked apples, hash browns, biscuits, juice and coffee. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. The Easter bunny will arrive Shortly after the breakfast begins. An Easter egg hunt will also be held. The eggs will be provided and children need only to bring their basket. Your support will be greatly appreciated,” said an organizer.

Chicken Dinner Planned A chicken dinner will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 30 at the Amissville fire hall. Prices are $6 for adults; $4 for children 12 and under and children under the age of four will eat free. The dinner includes chicken with all the trimmings, beverage, rolls and homemade desserts.
